本来说，想送他份圣诞礼物，但一直伤脑筋，想不到要买舍~~

不如来个烹饪，他也很爱~~

所以决定弄一餐大的，从未试过的完整西餐送给她，当作圣诞礼物咯！！

Dinner at SS2 Murni at Petaling Jaya...
the special-est mamak restaurant i ever been there !
the tables not only put in their restaurant, and also in front of about 13 shops too !!!
wahahah...

when the waiter take their menu for us, i feel the menu is so big...
"really got so many choice of food oh~~?" i was wondering ~~ haha

finally, it's really a truth ~

their dishes all use giant plate... and hence... food also BIG enough loh ~

me and him order...as following :
MeeRaja Special, Spaghetti Carbonara, nescafe ice, hot milo.....
All cost about RM20 oh...

<------if not mistaken, its name is Mee Raja Special ^^

Red Tears by Megan Moran

You will never know my heart is still bleeding ...

Red tears fall from my heart into a bloody red pond...
It's been bleeding for sometime now...
I thought that I closed it all up when you broke it...
But I guess I didn't do a good job because it still bleeds and feels broken...
And it's been a while sense you broke it...
But still to this day it feels broken into pieces...
And that some of the pieces are still missing and gone...
Waiting for someone to come along and help me fix it and love it back to health...
But instead it sits here broken missing pieces feeling alone no love only hurt...
And bleeding red tears...
People can see that it's broken
But they can only see the surface crack...
When it goes deeper down than anyone can see...
Is this pain that you've caused me worth living for anymore...
I've bleed so much threw my heart and my wrist...
You've caused me so much pain...
Breaking my heart for the first time ever...
Never thought it would hurt this much or that I would love you like I do...
But it hurts so much more than I thought...
And I love you more than you'll ever know...
And I love you the same even though you've hurt me so badly and made me bleed and cry...
I can tell you that I love you to the day I die can you say the same...
No I don't think so cuz if you did I don't think you would have hurt me like you did...
My heart still bleeding
How much longer will it bleed and hurt cuz of you...
How much longer will I hurt cuz of you...
Not wanting to wait and find out...
I take my razor that has been there for me from the beginning and makes cuts on my arm...
More red tears fall...
Fall from my heart and my wrist...
And tears fall from my eyes...
Never again do I have to deal with this hurt you've caused me...
Or deal with this broken bleeding heart...

吃飯不能看情緒

“把痛苦溺死在食物裡。”當我們遇到不高興的事情時，總會這樣自我安撫。不僅如此，當我們感到無聊、壓力太大時，也會不自覺地想吃東西，最後愕然發現自己已成為肥胖一族，懊惱不已。

那麼，該如何打破這種惡性循環呢？美國飲食心理學家針對四大類情緒化飲食，提供多個建議。

高興而食
1．尋找適當的替代方式。當你遇到開心的事情時，發明一種新的宣洩法。如果你升職了，不一定非得和老公大吃一頓，你可以請半天假，好好陪陪他；假如女兒考了第一名，你可以帶她去滑冰或者郊遊，而不是請她吃大餐。久而久之，當你再碰上值得慶祝的事情時，你就不會馬上想到大吃一頓了。
2．學會自我暗示。每次開吃之前，你必須明確告訴自己，只能吃多少，這樣才能有效控制住自己的嘴。比如看電影時，你在吃掉一大袋爆米花前，告訴自己只吃兩把，那完全有可能只吃兩把。
3．在聚會上控制自己。如果你和朋友們聚會，記得只選兩樣你最愛吃的食物，必須有一樣是蔬菜，只吃你選的這兩樣。有研究表明，比起那些經常吃不同食物的人，有固定飲食結構的人更容易減肥。如果無法控制住自己的嘴，那就離餐桌遠一點，至少保持一臂之遙。

睡眠不足應如何補覺

補覺確實能在一定程度上緩解因睡眠不足帶來的問題。但怎麼補才能見效？

通常補覺有兩種方法︰中午補和週末補。午飯後，小睡15至30分鐘，就可以很好地補充睡眠，質量好於晚上多睡1個小時。週末補覺則不能太多，每晚睡眠時間掌握在10個小時以內，且最好是在晚上12點之前到第二天10點前，保證睡覺時，精神完全放鬆。

不過，補覺只限於短時間睡眠缺乏，如果持續數十天睡眠不足，會使身體處于負疲憊狀態，對身體造成的傷害是補不回來的。

飲食療法防痛經

喝紅糖水往往適用於產後恢復的女性，可以幫助她們緩解子宮收縮，至於對經期女性而言，用來治痛經的用處並不大。

對痛經者來說，飲食療法是較好的防治作用。在月經來潮前3至5天內，飲食應以清淡易消化為主，而且不要吃過飽。

月經來潮時，一定要避免進食生冷食品及辣椒、生蔥、生蒜、胡椒等刺激性食物，因其會刺激子宮、輸卵管收縮，從而誘發或加重痛經。還要少吃筍、白菜等性寒食物及油炸、高熱量食物。盡量少吃過甜或咸的“垃圾食品”，它們容易使人脹氣或行動遲緩。

痛經者可適當吃些有酸味的食品，如酸菜、食醋等，能在一定程度上緩解疼痛。如果經血量不多的話，還可以適量喝一點葡萄酒，可以通經活絡，擴張血管，使平滑肌鬆弛，對痛經的預防和治療有較好效果。
